About State of Our City
Built on the success and expertise of the City Leaders Collective, the State of Our City Dashboard is our new dynamic and interactive tool. It’s designed to help principled leaders from across sectors to have greater clarity when making decisions so they can work together to make a tangible impact for the flourishing of Wichita. On the platform, you will find the latest available public and curated demographic data and research about the spiritual, physical, and societal needs of Greater Wichita, organized into simple and clear snapshots that are easy to understand. You will also find stories of impact about relevant realities that we hope inspire you to take action. Finally, you can engage the data by asking questions, sharing it with friends, or exploring ways to get involved in improving the state of our city.
How to Use this Tool

The State of Our City Platform is a collaborative initiative of Lead Wichita, currently comprised of churches and nonprofits across the Wichita region. The mission of Lead Wichita is to equip, inspire, and connect leaders for greater community impact. We accomplish this mission by hosting events throughout the year, providing resources and connections to encourage personal growth, and ongoing leadership development.
